Shipping policy

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF OUR POLICY BELOW.
SHIPPING POLICY:
If you need us to ship your order you must pay shipping on every order you place. Yes, even if you've already paid shipping & want to go back for more. Each shipping charge is determined by weight of package therefore when you add more items that makes shipping increase. I always go in manually on packing day to give everyone the cheapest shipping option and refund overages to the method of payment you use at checkout. Effective immediately, anyone that places an order and chooses LOCAL PICKUP will be logged under local pickup and dropped off at our local pickup location in Lawrenceburg, TN. No orders will be combined and shipped together unless you pay for shipping on every single order.
LOCAL PICKUP PROCEDURE:
Each local order contains a packing slip with every item you purchased listed. Please go over each item and make sure they are in your bags. Once you confirm your order is correct, sign the packing slip and leave it at the pickup location. We will no longer replace any missing or incorrect items once you sign the packing slip & leave the store so again, please check that your order is correct before leaving the store.
MISSING ITEMS FOR LOCAL ORDERS:
- Due to the fact customers will wait several weeks/months at a time to pickup orders there is now a 5 business day time frame in which we will reimburse or replace any missing items from your order. If you pick up your order (within the replacement window) and notice an item is missing or incorrect contact me as soon as possible & I'll be more than happy to replace the missing item. After that time frame no reimbursements will be administered. Once the reimbursement window closes we archive all orders from the previous release & clear our shelves of any extra inventory so that we can move onto the next release.
MISSING ITEMS FOR SHIPMENTS:
- Any missing items in a shipment must be brought to our attention upon day of delivery.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns of any kind.
DELAY IN PAYMENT:
On rare occasion PayPal will put a hold on certain payment methods causing a 1-2 week wait before payment clears your bank. In order to insure everyones order is out on time Immediate Payment is required to fulfill your order. Any delays in payment will be subject to order cancellation. We will contact you to make you aware of this issue and give you the chance to use an alternate payment method after we restock the items from your order.
FAQ:
Q: “I’ve already placed an order. Can I go back and get something else without paying double shipping?”
A:  Go back & place as many orders as you’d like! But you do have to pay for shipping. No worries though, I always combine orders on packing day and refund all shipping overages.

Q: I paid for shipping on one of my orders but accidentally chose local pick up for the others. Can you please combine my order when you ship it?
A:  I’m more than happy to ship your order this time but keep in mind there will be a slight delay. When all shipping isn’t paid this results in me having to manually create a shipping label through PayPal which is more expensive and very time consuming compared to my website. Therefore, orders needing to be combined but shipping wasn’t paid have to be dealt with after the other shipments and locals are out. I just ask that you be mindful of the shipping section the next time you shop with us. If you ever need a refresher You can find the shipping policy here in the “our policy” section as well as the check box that you have to click @ check out. 💜
Q: How long does it take before my order ships?
A: You can find the current leadtime at the very top of my website as well as the terms and conditions checkbox you have to check at check out. I’m a one woman show so my children’s appointments and other obligations come about from time to time but I try to always keep lead times around 7 to 10 business days. The group is where you can stay the most up-to-date about leadtimes.

Q: Do you take special orders?
A: I stopped special orders a couple years ago due to the increase in demand. I now have to make a lot more product for each release so it leaves me very little time to take special orders. I do take requests though and always try to add it to the next release when possible. Simply send me an email with the quantity you would love and the details of that product. I will do my very best to fit it in!

Q: Why did your website charge me twice for an order? Can you refund me for one of them?
A:  I was informed that this is simply a pre-authorization feature to prevent fraudulent charges. This quite often happens if you place more than one order in the same night with my website. This happens with a handful of people every single release and they usually see the extra charge deducted by the next business day. I only receive money from each individual order therefore refunding is not an option without canceling your entire order.

Q: I can’t seem to reach you through messenger. What is the best way to reach you?
A: I actually had to delete messenger so that I could keep all messages in one place. This helps me assist my customers in the quickest most efficient manner & have all inquiries together in one place.

* Popular products sell out VERY quickly. Your items are disappearing because a set quantity is entered when the product is added to my website. After that set amount is sold it will not allow you to purchase anymore.
